 Happy Heart Wellness Center is designed to fit the needs of busy professionals who want to achieve results in the fastest, safest, most effective methods possible. If you are someone interested in achieving great results and don't want to spend money on a gym membership or exercise equipment that will never be used Happy Heart Wellness Center is where you need to be.   


 The Center is 400 square feet which is perfect for our expert staff  to monitor every exercise you perform. You will be able to get results in private, without waiting for machines, and avoiding timely distractions. Everything is available to give you a great workout, nutrition education, yoga sessions, or a rejuvenating massage.  Lastly, unlike other facilities, there are no membership contracts.         

 At Happy Heart you'll have fun, action packed sessions designed specifically for you. Once your personal training session ends our staff will monitor your tailored cardiovascular exercise routine (free of charge) so you know you’re doing it right.
